1. Definitions
- Miss Green: the provider of private tours in Bonaire.
- Customer: any person or entity making a booking with Miss Green.
2. Applicability These general terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Miss Green.
3. Bookings & Payments- Bookings can be made online through our website.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Any changes to the number of guests, departure time, or tour details must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure. Changes requested after this window are not guaranteed.
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and include local taxes unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment Options & Processing - Miss Green uses a secure local payment system provided by Caribious, allowing guests to book and pay online 24/7.
- Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
- All online payments are processed through a secure local payment gateway.
- After completing the booking, guests receive an instant email confirmation and invoice.
- Payments are transferred directly to a local Bonaire bank account—without additional bank transfer fees for the business.
- For offline or custom bookings, secure payment links are available upon request.
- Credit card processing fees (5.5%) are passed on to the guest and included in the total price.
- International Guests: Bookings can be made worldwide using secure credit card payment.
- Transactions are in USD. Banks may apply standard international fees. Guests receive instant confirmation and invoice via email.
5. Cancellations & Refund Policy - Cancellations 30+ days before tour: 75% refund (25% cancellation fee).
- Cancellations within 3 days (72 hours): 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 24 hours: 100% cancellation fee.
- No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@missgreenbonaire.com or via WhatsApp at +599 701 6692.
6. Weather & Cancellations by Miss Green - Miss Green reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to unsafe weather, technical issues, or force majeure.
- If Miss Green cancels the tour, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered. In such cases, no further compensation or liability shall be assumed beyond the offered refund or rescheduling.
7. Cruise Ship Passenger Guarantee - If your ship arrives late, the tour will be rescheduled accordingly.
- If your ship cancels Bonaire as a port of call, you will receive a full refund (proof required).
- If your ship reschedules Bonaire to another day, your tour will be automatically rescheduled upon availability. Please notify us of itinerary changes to avoid delays or missed tours.
- If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
8. Participation & Safety - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Basic swimming ability is required for snorkeling.
- Guests must remove shoes or sandals before boarding; barefoot cruising only.
- Guests must follow crew instructions at all times for safety.
- Alcohol consumption before or during snorkeling is strictly prohibited.
9. Liability - Participation is at your own risk. – Miss Green and its staff are not liable for loss, damage, injury, or death unless due to gross negligence.
- Guests are encouraged to have personal travel insurance.
- Passengers should be reasonably mobile. Please inform us of medical conditions or allergies requiring special attention.
- By participating, guests confirm that they are medically fit for the activities involved. Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and waive any claims against Miss Green, its staff, and affiliates, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Miss Green is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Left items can be collected from our team the day after the tour.
10. Food & Catering - Food is not included in the tour price.
- Catering options (snacks, lunch boxes, platters) are available with advance order and subject to minimums.
- Platters and Lunch Boxes are not available on Sundays.
- Please inform us of dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
11. STINAPA Marine Park Fee - All snorkel participants must pay the STINAPA Nature Fee unless exempt (e.g., residents with a sedula).
- This fee is not included in the tour price.
12. Privacy Policy - Miss Green processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- This includes the collection, use, and storage of customer data for the purpose of handling bookings, payments, and communication related to our services.
- We are committed to protecting your privacy and only share your information with trusted third parties when necessary (e.g., payment processors, booking systems).

13. ComplaintsComplaints must be submitted in writing within 2 days after the tour.
14. Changes to Terms
Miss Green Bonaire reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
15. Governing Law - These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bonaire, Caribbean Netherlands.
- By making a booking with Miss Green, the Customer agrees that any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or related to the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bonaire.
- Miss Green operates exclusively under local jurisdiction.
- Customers, including international visitors, acknowledge and accept that legal actions shall not be initiated in any other jurisdiction, including their country of residence
