Where is the Cruise Ship Meeting Point?
The meeting point is at the parking lot next to Capriccio Restaurant, about a 3-minute walk from the cruise pier. Look for the Miss Green meeting point signage with our logo and catamaran picture. From there, a bus will pick you up for a short transfer to the boat, accompanied by one of our Miss Green crew members.
Where is the Private Tour Meeting Point?
Miss Green is located at our property in the marina near Plaza Resort. With your booking confirmation, you’ll receive a detailed explanation and a short video to help you navigate easily to the location. If needed, we can also send the directions directly to your phone for extra convenience.
Can I pay without a Credit Card?
Of course! You can also pay by bank transfer to our local account: MCB Bonaire – Account Number: 11478505
If you’d like to pay this way, just contact us and we’ll help you with the details.
Is a bank transfer not an option for you? We also accept cash payments.
For convenience, we kindly ask that any cash payments are made in one single payment.
Can we bring our own float?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own float! Just keep in mind that Bonaire can be a very windy island, so floats may easily drift away. It’s your responsibility to keep it close at all times.
A good tip: tie your float to a piece of rope and secure it to your arm or wrist — that way you can relax without worrying about it floating off.
Do I need to pay the STINAPA Nature Fee?
If you are visiting Bonaire on vacation, you are required to pay the STINAPA Nature Fee to snorkel, dive, or swim in the marine park. This fee is not included in your tour price. Please bring proof of payment (digital or printed) with you.
Cruise ship passengers do not need to purchase the Nature Fee.
Residents with a valid sedula are also exempt — simply show your sedula on the day of the tour.
For convenience, you can pay the fee online in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
– Cancellations within 30 days of the tour: 25% cancellation fee.
– Cancellations within 3 days of the tour: 50% cancellation fee.
– Cancellations within 1 day of the tour: 100% cancellation fee.
– No refund for no-shows.
For cruise ship guests: if your ship arrives late, your tour will be adjusted. If your ship cancels Bonaire as a port, you’ll receive a full refund.
What should I bring on my tour
We recommend bringing swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, and any personal items you may need for comfort. If you have your own snorkeling gear or prescription mask, you’re welcome to bring it along, although we provide all regular snorkel equipment onboard. Please note that shoes and sandals are removed before boarding — barefoot cruising only!
